Project Overview

In 2024, we carried out a comprehensive facade restoration project at Masjid KLCC, beginning with a thorough exterior deep-cleaning process followed by a large-scale architectural silicon replacement across critical glazing and façade interfaces.

The project utilized industrial-grade, weather-resistant structural silicon glazing systems, installed using specialized high-elevation rigging techniques to ensure precise application, safety compliance, and minimal disruption to surrounding areas. By executing a full deep clean prior to sealant installation, we achieved optimal surface adhesion, significantly enhancing long-term performance and durability.

This methodical approach successfully restored the building’s water-tight integrity, protected the façade against tropical weather exposure, and preserved the architectural character of this iconic structure—demonstrating our expertise in facade maintenance, structural sealing, and complex high-access restoration works.
